Care Support Workers

If you are interested in joining the NovaCare team we would like to hear from you. As our roles involve interaction and communication with people… you must like people!

You must also have a demonstrated commitment to caring, relevant experience, be willing to undertake additional in-house training, and to undergo a criminal record check.

Care Support Worker – Home Support

Care workers in our Domestic Assistance Program provide housekeeping, shopping and assistance with matters such as bill-paying and going to appointments. You will need a First Aid Certificate.

Care Support Worker – Certificate III

Care workers in our Support at Home program work in private homes in the Hunter region, at the Ailsa Craig Respite Cottage in Hamilton and in NovaCare’s socail centres located in Merewether, Morisset, Swansea and Taylors Beach.

Volunteers

NovaCare welcomes the assistance of volunteers. Novacare provides a safe and healthy working environment and training is provided if required.
